What does your organization do?
We Decide Technology is an online alternative dispute resolution program aimed towards assisting separating and divorcing clients to navigate property division and other complex financial issues pertaining to separation and divorce.
Why did you pick this problem to solve?
I have been through the perils of separation and divorce myself. As a divorce financial analyst, I am passionate about helping others to have a better understanding of their financial situation. My aim is to empower individuals to make more informed decisions about their finances, reduce unnecessary conflict, and create an environment that will be conducive to establishing a mutual agreement.

Hello Divorce is one inspiring organization I follow as we share the same mission. I am also following A2J Tech and A2J Tech Fellows Program, as I feel very strongly about the need to eliminate barriers to justice in all aspects of the law, specifically the family law spectrum.
Of the JTA’s Mission, Purpose, and Values, which drew you most to JTA, and how does your work address them?
The Justice Tech community JTA is building. Until I discovered JTA, I felt like I was a one-person army in my plight to bring more accessible online dispute resolution solutions to individuals on the pathway to separation and divorce. I have devoted the last 6 years to create my program, so I can help individuals who are challenged with physical and other hurdles, to access the support and resources they need, to move forward to a meaningful life. My drive to launch my innovation is more than a vision, it is what I was made for.
